Delete My Data

At CueBytes, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we may collect, and how you can request deletion of your information from our systems.

What Data We Collect

When you interact with CueBytes — including through our website, contact forms, or any apps that connect with Facebook — we may collect the following types of data:

  • Name and email address (provided via contact forms)
  • Phone number (if provided voluntarily)
  • Usage data collected by analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
  • IP address and browser information
  • Any information you voluntarily share in project or consultation requests

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.

Please use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include your name and the email address associated with your data so we can locate and remove your records.

Alternatively, you can submit your request using our contact form at cuebytes.com/ContactUs with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

What Happens After Your Request

  1. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. We will verify your identity to ensure we are deleting the correct data.
  3. Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
  4. We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
  5. Please note: some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., accounting records).

Facebook Data

If you connected with CueBytes through a Facebook app or used Facebook Login on any CueBytes-related application, you can also remove CueBytes' access to your Facebook data directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to Security and Login > Apps and Websites
  3. Find and remove CueBytes from the list of connected apps
  4. This will revoke any permissions previously granted to our app

After removing the app from Facebook, you can also send us a data deletion request at hi@cuebytes.com to ensure any data we stored on our end is also removed.
